We are a group of women working together to celebrate the elements of a fulfilling spiritual, mental and physical well-being. We mostly live on the west side of Rochester (Hamlin, Hilton, Brockport, Holley, Albion, Greece). Our vision is to organize and support wellness events and activities. Complimentary drinks & winter soup. Nature Trails open for walks and meditation. A portion of the donations will go to the Brockport Toy Shelf.
