Beginning March 10, we will begin a 10-week journey into mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness has been proven to support and balance your well-being in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual life. I started mindful practices over 12 years ago and still do. Mindfulness reminds us to follow the breath, be present, concentrate and allow.
This class will be on Zoom, weekly, and recorded for you on Zoom, so join when it works for you.
Each session includes an extensive student workbook for you to download and do during the week.
You are welcome to go at your own pace!
