Come and experience a unique and transformational gong and singing bowl meditation. The mystics say that the original state of the whole creation is vibration. We are constantly being vibrated on a cellular level by heard and unheard sound frequencies. The secret of the gong and the singing bowls is its tremendous potential for healing and rejuvenation. Both the gongs and singing bowls cover the full spectrum of sound, it vibrates all the cells, bones, and organs, some more than others depending on the pitch of the instrument. During a sound healing session, stress is being released and a restoration of the body’s natural equilibrium is made possible. Sound is now being used as an important part of the healing process for cancer patients as it helps to calm the mind and the body and assists in the management of pain.
