This is a Japanese hands-on technique for gentle relaxation, energy release, chakra balancing and energy restoration. We begin with a meditation and prayer, then identify what you want to release and bring into your body, mind and spirit. We start at the crown chakra and work down the body and chakras, ending with grounding to the Earth Energy. Reiki is a gentle, soothing and very peaceful release and restoration of unbalanced or depleted energy. It can be combined with chakra crystals or Peruvian Chumpi stones. We end with a Tarot, Angel or Shamanic Card message. Reiki is now recognized and used in many medical, addiction recovery, PTSD, massage, Â and metaphysical centers.

Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki
Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by parjna or wisdom in order to have the right effect.
Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth.

Bring lunch, Reiki I is traditional Usui Reiki training. Reiki hands channel Universal Life Force energy, passed on from the Reiki Master to the student. You will learn the history or Reiki, Activate healing energy, learn to give a complete Reiki session, develop your own style, understand the chakra system, hand positions and self-treatments, Meridians & auras, Reiki Power symbol, table and chair Reiki, be attuned to Reiki I. You will recieve the Reiki I Placement to activate Reiki energy.

Reiki II Holy fire placements gives students the tools to expand skills and deepen the understanding of the symbols and practice for a complete Reiki session. You will learn Advanced Reiki Techniques, Reiki II symbols, tools to deepen your practice, skills to design and develop your own Reiki practice, receive the Reiki I/II manual for Usui Japanese Reiki tradition.
