Pre-requisite: July 9 Intro Empath class

You’re an Empath, and it can feel overwhelming and challenging. It can also feel empowering and tremendously helpful in life!

Join us for this class and book study, to learn more about what being an Empath fully means, and how you can make it work to your advantage. This is a 3-week, in-depth study of how to not only survive being an Empath, but to Thrive!

We’ll be reading the book outside of class and then discussing it and doing exercises in class to put what we learn into every day practice. Karen is combining her ‘The Empath in You!’ class that teaches you tools for your Empathic tool kit on how to be an empowered Empath, with the book study of Judith Orloff’s ‘The Empath’s Survival Guide*’. Karen has also added more exercises and informative handouts to aid our discussions.

You will receive:

~ The book: The Empath’s Survival Guide by Judith Orloff ~3ea - 2 hour classroom sessions,

~ Handouts and exercises to be used in class. ~ Great discussion and practical knowledge.
