Reiki I teaches the foundational principles, history, and self-healing techniques of this energy healing modality, focusing on connecting with life force energy through a placement process, learning hand positions to give Reiki to yourself and others, and understanding the body's energy system (chakras, auras) without complex symbols, preparing you for personal growth and basic energy work.  Manual included.
